How long is a service?

Our services are designed to last between one hour and twenty minutes and one hour and thirty minutes.

What do people wear?

Come as you are. Many come casual, a few come a little dressier. No one cares. Our pastor usually teaches in jeans, if that helps you.

What safety precautions are you taking for COVID?

Your health is very important to us. For this reason, out of care for everyone, we request that you wear a mask upon entering and exiting. Due to social distancing measures, our seating for each service will be limited.

What to Expect on Sundays?

Start At
Guest Services

When you arrive at our building, a member of our Guest Services team will greet you. They can show you where our new family check- in table is located, which is at the end of the main lobby.

Go to Our
Family Check-In*

Here you will fill out information on your child and receive a temporary security sticker. Your child will wear one, the teacher will receive one, and you will bring the third sticker when you pick up your child.

Your Kids Go to Our
Dedicated Kids Space

Once your child receives his or her security sticker, our Children’s Director or the Service Leader will take him or her to their class.
For the safety of all of our children, only One City Kids Team Members who have completed background checks may be in the One City Kids hallway until parent pick up after service.

What COVID related safety precautions are you taking for kids?​

For One City Kids, servants and children may bring a mask or use those provided in the lobby according to their family’s discretion. Every child and every team member must have their temperature taken before entering One City Kids.Toys selection and the snack process have been adapted to keep hands, surfaces, and toys clean.
