It is a love for this city and a commitment to being part of the healing of Memphis that led Chris and Karin to birth three new initiatives in 2020: One City Church, Tremble: A House of United Prayer, and Race for Reconciliation.

Karin Conlee is a leader, speaker, and author who gained a passion for helping women by serving as the founding Director of Women’s Ministry at Highpoint Church for over a decade. In 2019, that passion for people was united with a vision to create Race for Reconciliation. As the Chief Executive Officer, Karin leads this values-driven initiative to bring healing, honor, and hope to her hometown and cities across America.
