Karin Conlee

Karin Conlee is a leader, speaker, and author who gained a passion for helping women by serving as the founding Director of Women’s Ministry at Highpoint Church for over a decade. In 2019, that passion for people was united with a vision to create Race for Reconciliation. As the Chief Executive Officer, Karin leads this values-driven initiative to bring healing, honor, and hope to her hometown and cities across America.

Karin graduated magna cum laude from Rhodes College with a BA in Business Administration and served as the Associate Director of Admissions at Rhodes College. Karin then played a vital role in the creation and growth of their first church plant. She hopes to serve in fewer roles the second time around!

Karin is the author of Miss Perfect: Discovering God’s Purpose Without the Pressure, a 9-week curriculum that she wrote for women being pinched by the world’s unattainable standard for success. Karin’s second edition included nine weeks of video teaching to be used in large and small group settings that were selected to be offered through RightNow Media (a subscription platform for Christian Bible studies utilized by over 16,000 churches and their members).

Whether organizing an event, crafting words for her blog, leading a team, or speaking from a platform, Karin loves using excellence to inspire excellence in others and is thrilled to be using her gifts back in Memphis. When Karin is not working, her favorite pastime is anything that includes spending time with her three favorite adults – Chris, Mark, and Annika.
